A jelenlegi mőszaki-technológiai fejlődés olyan széles körő kompetenciákat követel az emberektől, melyekkel életük végéig képesek lesznek új tudás megszerzésére és készségek elsajátítására.
A társadalom perifériájára szorult emberek számára a munka világa szinte elérhetetlen, ha nem kapnak lehetőséget iskolázottságuk, képzettségük növelésére.
Ugyanakkor ezeknek az embereknek sajátosak a munkaszokásaik, de a képzéssel szembeni elvárásaik is.
A cikkben bemutatott oktatás-orientált hulladékgazdálkodási projekt egy lehetséges megoldást kínál a perifériára szorult emberek képzési kényszere és sajátságos képzési szükségleteik összehangolására.

WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, RECYCLING INDUSTRY AND ADULT EDUCATION

The current technical and technological development seeks a large kind of competencies from individual that they could be able to attain a new knowledge and skills in their entire lifetime.
For the people jammed on the periphery of the society the human resource market is practically unattainable, if they do not get a possibility to increase their learning and qualification.
In the same time these people have a very particular working habits, as well as acceptations in teaching.
The presented teaching-oriented Waste Management project offers a possible solution for the harmonization of learning pressure and learning needs of people jammed on the periphery of the society.
