Uspešne organizacije ljude smatraju primarnim razvojnim resursom. Motivacija i zadovoljstvo zaposlenih postaju osnov savremene organizacije. Motivisani zaposleni danas predstavljaju strateški resurs kojima se stiče konkurentska prednost organizacije. Da bi čovek mogao da motiviše dru ge pre svega mora biti u stanju da spozna i motiviše samog sebe, što znači da bi u organizaciji postojao motivisan kadar, mora da postoji motivisan menadžer koji će znati da pokrene svoje zaposlene. Cilj rada jeste da ukaže na značaj materijalne motivacije za uspešno poslovanje velike kompanije koja je u proslosti doživela značajne organizacione promene. Metodom nestrukturiranog intervjua su prikupljeni podaci na osnovu kojih je ispitivana hipoteza da je materijalna motivacija najznačajniji nosilac reorganizacije na primeru vodeće srpske kompanije za istraživanje, proizvodnju i preradu nafte i gasa (kompanije Naftna Industrija Srbije - NIS). Iz svega navedenog moze se zaključiti da stručno upravljanje ljudskim resursima podrazumeva adekvatan sistem motivacije koji za osnovu ima materijalnu motivaciju. U radu je posebna pažnja usmerena na materijalnu motivaciju i na to kako dobro uspostavljen sistem materijalne motivacije može da dovede do velikog uspeha kompanije koja je doživela značajnu reorganizaciju. Detaljno su prikazani sistemi materijalne motivacije kao i pozitivni rezultati do kojih je taj sistem doveo kada je u pitanju poslovanje kompanije koja danas predstavlja najpoželjnijeg poslodavca u Srbiji i regionu. Rad ukazuje na koristi koje pravičan sistem motivacije donosi jednoj organizaciji i treba da podstakne dalje razmišljanje za poboljšanje ovog vida motivacije, koji predstavlja preduslob uspešnog poslovanja i osnov za sve ostale aktivnosti u okviru funkcije upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Rezultati analize ukazuju na to da sistem materijalne motivacije u NIS-u jeste nosilac uspešne reorganizacije, a dokaz je poslovanje sa dobitkom čak i u vreme ekonomske krize, a posledično i visoke plate zaposlenih koje su iznad republičkog proseka.
For successful organization people are the primary development resource. Motivation and satisfaction of employees become the basis of modern organizations. Motivated employees today represent a strategic resource which gain a competitive advantage for the organization. If someone wants to motivate others, must first be able to motivate yourself. That means that if in organization exists motivated staff, there must be a motivated manager who will be able to launch employees. The aim of this paper is to emphasizes the importance of material motivation for successful business of a large company that had in the past significant organizational change. Through unstructured interviews were collected data on which was investigated the hypothesis that the material motivation of the most important holder for successful reorganization on the example of leading Serbian company for exploration, production and refining of oil and gas NIS. From the above it can be concluded that high-quality human resources management involves proper motivation system, that has been based on material incentives. In this paper, attention will be focused on monetary motivation and how a well-established system of material incentives can lead to the great success of the company that had a significant reorganization in the past. It will be shown in detail the system of material incentives and the positive results which obtained by this system, when it comes to the business of the company, which today is the most desirable employer in Serbia and the region. The paper should emphasize the benefits of a fair system of motivation which brings to an organization, but also to encourage further thinking to improve this aspect of motivation, which is a prerequisite for successful business and the basis for all other activities in the HRM. The analysis results indeed show that a system of material incentives in NIS is the holder of a successful reorganization, and the proof is the business with profit even in times of economic crisis, and consequently the high salaries that are above the national average.
